Aren't we done with fnma short sale flips yet? We had a fnma flip rule here and then a fnma short sale rule there and then oh a fnma short sale rule again.

Then there was the FNMA Mortgage and short sale list:

• Flipping Rules
• Rules for FNMA shorts

There were more but quite frankly I am tired of the fannie mae mortgage foundation and the FNMA abreviation for FNMA. Plus there will be more fnma rules for short sales again and then what will I do? I know, I'll be typing more about fnma and short sales. Thanks for reading!
